(1) For the purpose of implementing the plan, the authority may prohibit, regulate or give instructions as necessary in the following matters:-
(a) Provision of lighting in or around airports and airport areas and air routes.
(b) The private property of any person in the airport, airport area and air route shall be arranged by him or by the person occupying such property and the authority shall bear the expenses for the same.
(c) Specifying conditions or restrictions to be followed when anyone constructs or erects any building, tower, log, etc. or arranges lighting in the airport, airport area and air way.
(d) Prohibiting the construction or erecting of a building, house, tower, tower, log, tree or any other thing exceeding the height specified in clause (c) restrictions, increasing the height or any such building, house, tower, log. , to destroy, uproot or cut trees etc. completely or partially.
(e) To make necessary arrangements for the security of the airport or any other property or device or equipment including aircraft within the airport area.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the authority may impose a conditional restriction on the use of movable and immovable property of anyone in the airport or airport area in consideration of air safety and when making a decision regarding such restriction or issuing a related notice or order, the reason for the restriction shall also be clearly disclosed.
